Artist Spotlight 011 - Haniz

Artist Spotlight 011 - Haniz

Welcome to another edition of Artist Spotlight. In this conversation we’re featuring Hanis, known in the art world as Haniz, a creator whose work blends emotion, structure, and playful experimentation. Art didn’t arrive in Haniz’s life all at once. Instead, it developed gradually over time, eventually becoming the most natural way to express thoughts and feelings that are difficult to communicate with words alone. Stylistically, Haniz explores a unique mix of structured Cubism and free flowing doodle art

In this spotlight we talk about Haniz’s artistic journey, discovering NFTs through friends and social media, and the lessons learned along the way as an artist continuing to explore new creative paths.

SVS:

What is your name or your artist handle?

HANIS:

My name is Hanis, and in my artistic work I go by Haniz. (I changed the “s” to “z”)

SVS:

When did you first get into art? You know what was the catalyst or moment that pushed you to take it seriously?

HANIS:

Art entered my life gradually, but it became serious when I realized it was the best way to express my inner world.

SVS:

What themes or ideas tend to show up most in your work?

HANIS:

My work is mostly about emotions and the inner world.

SVS:

How would you define your art style in your own words?

HANIS:

My art is a mix of structured Cubism and free Doodle Art.

SVS:

How did you discover NFTs, and what made you decide to participate in the space?

HANIS:

I discovered NFTs through social media and my friends, and I decided to join to share my art in a new way.

SVS:

What platform(s) do you primarily use to sell your work, and why?

HANIS:

Most of my art is sold on Foundation because it helps with visibility, but I also use other marketplaces from time to time.

SVS:

What’s the biggest lesson you’ve learned as an artist so far?

HANIS:

The biggest lesson is to keep experimenting and never stop learning

SVS:

What advice would you give to artists who are curious about NFTs but hesitant to jump in?

HANIS:

Don’t be afraid to start; NFTs are a great way to share your art.

SVS:

Just for fun! What kind of music do you listen to? (pick one genre) And is it the same genre while you are creating?

HANIS:

I usually listen to instrumental music; it keeps me focused and clears my mind

As digital art and Web3 spaces continue to grow, artists like Haniz remind us that the real value of these platforms lies in the ability to share deeply personal creative expression with a wider audience.

For Haniz, the journey is still unfolding; guided by curiosity, experimentation, and the simple but powerful idea of never stopping the process of learning.
